The High Commission of the Republic of Namibia in Dar es Salaam is the official representation of the Government and people of Namibia in the United Republic of Tanzania. It serves as the official channel for diplomatic engagement and promotes the shared interests of both nations.

Namibia and Tanzania share deep historical ties founded during Namibia's liberation struggle. Today, that friendship continues through diplomatic dialogue, regional cooperation, trade, investment, education, culture and people-to-people exchange.

Our mission advances bilateral cooperation in trade, investment, tourism and culture, while providing dependable consular assistance to Namibian citizens and clear guidance to travellers. Our work is grounded in the national values of Unity, Liberty and Justice.

Accreditation

The Mission is concurrently accredited to Kenya and Rwanda, as well as the East African Community (EAC), UN-Habitat and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP)
